Description.

Re-Moving™ Anxiety is a group therapy program utilizing movement and dance to help participants break away from the hold anxiety has on them. 

No one experiences anxiety the same way because we have our unique DNA, our background, histories and especially our very own internal programming that decide how we react to various situations. Be guided to trace the roots of your habitual patterns of response. Expand your vocabulary in quietening the debilitating thoughts, emotions and what you feel in your body.

We understand that theory alone is no longer enough for you to deal with anxiety because “solutions” can often seem like instructions masked under the guise of a “good piece of advice”. If only anxiety could be instructed away, none of the sticky feelings would be there. And there would be no need to read further.

Hence, this highly experiential and somatic program is designed to transform intellectual into actual and new vocabulary of responses. This program aims to positively impact the neurological, psychological, physiological and social aspects of your life. So embark on this intimate journey with the inner you(s) that you may have missed out on.

Do kindly make sure that you are able to make it for all the dates before registering as there will be no refunds in the event where you are not able to turn up for a session. You can however join in the corresponding session in the next run. Do note that the context in the next run may be different as the course is adapted to the participants in the next run.

-This course is for you if you are aiming to lead a self-empowered life rather than depend on anxiety medications.

-This course is for you if you are looking to not just “manage” your anxiety with tools and tips, but would like to dissect your own anxiety, understand where it all came from, and to start losing the hold anxiety has on you from inside out.

-This course is NOT for you if you are looking for a quick symptomatic fix like popping pills. 

We strive in everyway to get you on that track. However, progress depends on various factors, like the duration of your anxiety, your current social environment and whether you’ve been on medications.

Our 7-months program helps you explore the roots of your emotions, drawing from your life experiences to build a more positive future. You’ll engage in practical exercises to develop skills for coping with anxiety independently. Many of our private clients have reported positive changes, which is why we are bringing the program to you in this format so that it is more accessible and with group support.

Remember, progress is personal and varies for each individual. Embrace your unique journey and trust in the growth process.

Everything that is shared in the session stays in the session. That is held through integrity and code of honour.

You can wear anything you find easy to move in! 

Do bring along a pair of socks, sweater (as it might get cold), water bottle, and some lunch money for 8-hour sessions.
