LIVE STREAM WORKSHOP AND COURSES
A refund may be requested up to 45 days before the beginning of the workshop. The tuition will be refunded minus USD$120 administration fee. If the cancellation is made less than 45 days prior to the beginning of the course, the tuition is non-refundable, even if the student does not attend the course. Please note that for courses that are given partially online and partially in person, no refund will be issued once part of the course has been started. The request for the refund must be placed at least 45 days before the beginning of either modality of the course to receive a refund (minus the administration fee).
Danspire International takes no responsibility for a participant’s failure to receive either our email notifications regarding the workshops or course. We deem it the participant’s responsibility to notify Danspire International of any failure to receive notifications, including the Zoom link and handouts, in a timely manner BEFORE the commencement of the event. Danspire International will rectify any problem you may encounter receiving email notifications about the online event, including Zoom Link and handouts, if notified of your problem in a timely manner BEFORE the commencement of the workshop. We realise that emails can go missing, spam/junk captures are common, and we take no responsibility for that, however Danspire International will solve event communication problems when notified in a timely manner.
Danspire International takes no responsibility for a participant’s ability to access the Internet or for a participant’s ability to access the workshop transmission mechanism e.g. Zoom, Danspire International facilitates broadcast of the event in good faith but takes no responsibility for a participant’s ability to receive that broadcast. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure they have access to the technology needed to receive the broadcast and participate in the workshop.
Danspire International reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline entry to any of our workshops to anyone who may have registered, and/or to discontinue attendance to anyone who may have registered. A full refund less a USD$120 cancellation fee will be remitted to the refused registrant.
No refunds will be issued based on Force Majeur events. We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to deliver, or delay in delivery of, any of our programs that is caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not restricted to, strikes, lock-outs, riot, terrorist attack, war, fire, explosion, natural disaster, impossibility of the use of public or private transport or public or private telecommunications networks or the acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government. The delivery of our program is deemed to be suspended for the period that the force majeure event continues, and we will reserve an extension of time for delivery of our programs for the duration of that period.
In the event Danspire International needs to cancel a workshop or course for any reason, including last minute unavailability of the speaker, we will reserve an extension of time for delivery of our program.
ONLINE CONSULTATION
There are no refunds for cancelled online consultations.
ONLINE DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Once registered, these materials are non-refundable.
INTERNATIONAL EVENTS
For programs in the Singapore, we reserve the right to cancel a course 30 days prior to the event start date. For international programs, we reserve the right to cancel a course 90 days prior to the event start date. If Danspire International cancels a program, the student may either keep the tuition on file and attend another course or receive a refund for the course tuition only. All other expenses are the responsibility of the student.
PROCESSING REFUNDS
Refunds agreed by Danspire International will be processed within 60 business days of the agreement to make the refund being provided in writing to the attendee by Danspire International. Refunds will be made back to the account you used to make the booking. Please note that “60 business days” does not include weekends and public holidays.
CHANGES TO REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Refund and Cancellation Policy by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. By enrolling in any of our Programs following the posting of any changes to the Refund and Cancellation Policy constitutes acceptance of those changes.
